We do our best to ship out orders as soon as they are placed. Please allow 3-5  business days (excludes holidays) for order processing and 5-7 days for your shipment to arrive. 

 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Please reference to your tracking number and contact USPS if you have any inquiries regarding shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. For His Grace & Mercy is not liable for lost packages. In addition, For His Grace & Mercy is not liable for damages that happen to packages in transit during shipment to the customer.Please make sure the correct shipping address is entered. For His Grace & Mercy is not responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly.

 

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Not at this time. The rate depends on the shipping selection made at checkout for all orders. 

 

What if my item(s) is/are defective?

Please report any defective items to For His Grace & Mercy right away at info@forhisgraceandmercy.com with photos of your item(s).

For any items from orders placed over 15 days will not be eligible for a store credit, or replacement. For His Grace & Mercy reserves the right to cancel orders and refuse issuing any store credit, or exchanges if any fraudulent activity is suspected. Feel free to contact us at info@forhisgraceandmercy.com with any questions.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
